Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data center site/civil development projects from due-diligence to pad ready phases.
  • Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee utility projects from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate utility needs as site capacities grow and manage on-site construction works.
  • Support R&D experiments and upgrades impacting utilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • 2 years of experience with industrial campus planning and facility systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in relevant engineering or management field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and data center utility projects.
  • Skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, and task prioritization.
