Compensation:
$107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter driving tech talent acquisition.
- Provide a high-touch experience for applicants from application to offer.
- Source candidates through various channels including referrals and networking.
- Negotiate complex offers with applicants.
- Communicate effectively with interview teams to ensure preparedness.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles.
- Ability to negotiate compensation packages.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
