Recruiting Operations Program Manager, Executive Recruiting

This role is based in multiple locations including Dublin, Ireland and Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate consultative business partnerships with ERT Leadership to understand and influence strategic business and operational activities.
• Identify critical areas of concern and opportunity, then design and implement strategic solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic business plans.
• Drive program management efforts by applying strategic thinking and design principles.
• Monitor and coordinate cross-regional ERT budgets.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in a strategy and operations management role.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience improving large-scale programs or operations.
• Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
