Recruiting Manager, Google Cloud

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for the India Cloud Recruiting team.
• Manage and nurture the team's growth while providing strategic support.
• Leverage data and market insights to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to fulfill talent requirements.
• Implement effective client management and communication strategies.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5 years in a people management or leadership role.
• 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• 15 years of people management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Direct management of executive client relationships.
• Experience in recruitment for multi-region businesses.
