Recruiting Manager, Cloud EMEA

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for the EMEA Cloud Recruiting team.
• Nurture team growth and provide operational support to clients.
• Leverage data and market insights for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to fulfill talent requirements.
• Implement client management and communication strategies.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10 years of people management experience.
• 3 years in an analytical environment.
• Experience managing executive client relationships.
• Experience in recruitment for multi-region businesses.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud/Enterprise organizations.
• Track record of influencing executive leaders.
• Ability to leverage data and AI for decision-making.
• Dynamic people-leader experienced in team growth.
