Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of people management experience.
- 3 years in an analytical environment.
- Experience managing executive client relationships.
- Experience in recruitment for multi-region businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud/Enterprise organizations.
- Track record of influencing executive leaders.
- Ability to leverage data and AI for decision-making.
- Dynamic people-leader experienced in team growth.
