This role is based in Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA.

Compensation:

$107,000-$153,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process from strategy creation to offer acceptance.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and advocate for candidates.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance the hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience closing executive-level candidates.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
