$107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer.
  • Operate as a life-cycle recruiter driving tech talent acquisition.
  • Negotiate complex offers to close applicants.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team and partner strategically with hiring teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • 3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
