This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Evaluate talent skills and manage the interview process.
- Develop and execute cross-project focused recruiting initiatives.
- Negotiate offers and recommend enhancements to improve recruitment processes.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
