Recruiter, Corporate Functions

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire top talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
• Evaluate talent skills and manage the interview process.
• Develop and execute cross-project focused recruiting initiatives.
• Negotiate offers and recommend enhancements to improve recruitment processes.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
