Recruiter, Cloud (Korean, English)

This role is based in Seoul, South Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit talents in South Korea and APAC regions using various recruiting processes and tools.
• Advocate for candidates, supporting assessments and driving the interview and offer process.
• Collaborate with business and hiring stakeholders to build effective hiring strategies.
• Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and improve overall experience.
• Analyze data to solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Fluency in Korean and English.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3 years of experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
