Compensation:

$111,000-$159,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute recruiting strategies for high-priority AI and Cloud initiatives.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of software engineering talent through creative sourcing channels.
  • Manage the interview process and provide a high-touch experience for candidates.
  • Report on pipeline health and hiring velocity to leadership.
  • Use analytics to influence hiring decisions and optimize recruiting workflows.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in closing applicants and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
