Recruiter, Cloud GTM (Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is based in London, UK, with options for remote work across the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire go-to-market talent, ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies, delivering quality through various channels.
• Provide an excellent experience for applicants from application to offer, including managing the interview and offer process.
• Communicate with the interview team to ensure preparedness and share information with management.
• Discuss offers to secure talent, partnering with management.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA.
• Experience implementing recommendations to solve staffing problems.
• Experience in talent acquisition methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• 3 years of experience discussing compensation packages.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build alignment across teams.
