Compensation:
$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Scope projects, manage schedules, resolve project issues, and communicate risks.
- Lead the launch process for music and podcast initiatives.
- Oversee initiatives to improve engineering velocity and ensure regular reports on bug hygiene.
- Provide oversight for search and discovery.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining and leading program charters.
- Excellent software engineering program management skills.
