Program Manager, Transformation

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning and implementation of strategic and transformational programs.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish program goals, schedules, and milestones.
• Own relationships between cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with engineering program management and change management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in AI/ML technologies.
