Program Manager, Talent Outreach, Talent Engagement

This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and programs.
- Build social media communications for programs and promote employee advocacy.
- Implement engagement and outreach programs to activate a high-potential passive pipeline.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partners for efficient program execution.
- Manage the South East Asia Region and collaborate across APAC markets.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting in the APAC region.
- Knowledge of South East Asia region hiring.
- Ability to balance creativity and drive.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
