Program Manager, Supply Chain and Machine Operations

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$188000 - $275000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional oversight for the machine operations and deployment engineering team and establish a strategic goal for partner relationships.
• Prioritize and allocate constrained materials, ensuring infrastructure goals are met.
• Lead governance structures to monitor partner performance and mitigate service level issues using data-driven insights.
• Improve delivery efficiency, cycle times, and reliability for compute and storage capacity orders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management within supply chain, manufacturing, or infrastructure operations.
• 8 years of experience managing material allocation, planning, or deployment programs for infrastructure environments.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 10 years of experience with supply chain or large-scale operations.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing high-impact teams with a wide scope and a high degree of leadership.
• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
