Program Manager, Server Operations Learning, Workforce, and Development

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI-enhanced learning frameworks for continuous development.
  • Create KPIs to assess training program efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver workforce solutions.
  • Cultivate partnerships to drive community impact.
  • Manage end-to-end training design for Area and Site Lead College.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing programs in global operations or infrastructure.
  • Experience designing training for mid-to-executive management.
  • Experience managing community-facing initiatives.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience developing blended learning solutions.
