Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project timelines.
  • Identify risks and communicate progress with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and deploy data-driven solutions and track their impact on business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with software automation for data centers and AI algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in project timeline development and data visualization.
  • Strong communication skills for large organizations.
