Program Manager, Regional Demand Planning, Devices and Services (English, Japanese)

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment discussions with third party resellers to drive forecast accuracy.
• Support internal consensus forecasting process with regional business planning and central supply demand management teams.
• Maintain optimal levels of channel inventory and oversee order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in regional supply chain operations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain program and project execution.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
