This role is based in Chicago, IL, where you will guide decision-making, solve complex problems, and support strategic initiatives across Alphabet.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Document process flows and propose improvements with a focus on AI.
  • Manage project lifecycles and communicate status to executive stakeholders.
  • Implement governance structures and contribute to portfolio management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree/MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP.
  • Experience with Quote to Report processes and SAP ERP.
