$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Google’s Finance team is undergoing a transformation to enhance efficiency and insights through AI-enabled processes. The Program Manager will guide strategic decision-making and solve complex problems within the Plan-to-Report Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects and manage the project lifecycle.
- Implement governance through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Document workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Track progress and define key metrics for process improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA) or specialized training in Finance.
- Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge of FP&A processes and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan).
