About the job:

Google’s Finance team is undergoing a transformation to enhance efficiency and insights through AI-enabled processes. The Program Manager will guide strategic decision-making and solve complex problems within the Plan-to-Report Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects and manage the project lifecycle.
  • Implement governance through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Document workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Track progress and define key metrics for process improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or specialized training in Finance.
  • Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Knowledge of FP&A processes and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan).
