Program Manager

This role is based in Reston, VA or New Albany, OH, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders and managing project schedules.
• Drive the efficient delivery of Google’s Data Center Portfolio through commercial agreements and cost alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support capital expenditure programs.
• Implement cost management strategies with contractors and suppliers.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in data center construction and project controls.

Preferred qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in data center construction.
