Program Manager

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with potential for a hybrid schedule.

Compensation:

$132,000 - $189,000/year + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and design communication plans.
• Author program charters and create project plans defining scope and resources.
• Establish program governance and execute program tasks, managing dependencies and risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience in project planning using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Skills in stakeholder management and organizational change management.
