Program Manager

This position is located in Atlanta, GA and may allow for a hybrid schedule.

Compensation:

$132,000 - $189,000/year plus bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and design targeted communication plans.
• Author comprehensive program charters and create detailed project plans.
• Establish program governance and execute program tasks while managing dependencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
• 3 years of experience in project planning using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder communication, organizational change management, and program management.
