Compensation:

$136000 - $197000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complex, large-scale global programs including campaigns and events.
  • Own end-to-end project timelines and executive reporting.
  • Guide teams through the Market Development Process.
  • Advocate for operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Act as a strategic bridge across various teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in program or project management in marketing technology.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and consensus management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-agentic workflows.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence for stakeholder management.
