Program Manager, Operations Performance, Quality and Programs

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data and performance quality initiatives to improve network operations.
• Deliver quality governance frameworks and operational readiness testing for new systems.
• Test network reliability and conduct retrospective analysis for improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to drive operational effectiveness.
• Use data analytics to establish measures of operational excellence.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 3 years of experience in operations, focusing on data analytics and performance quality.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing digital transformation and IT projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
