This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-cutting programs within efficiency focused on measurable impact.
- Develop processes and tools to measure metrics for operational efficiency initiatives.
- Partner with finance and stakeholders to build mechanisms to track and report impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of program management experience in engineering infrastructure.
- 8 years of experience in infrastructure and operations.
- Experience in portfolio management with tradeoffs between performance and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across organizational portfolios.
- Knowledge of systems and infrastructure efficiency.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
