Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead cohesive regional occupational health goals and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to Occupational Health.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and improve Occupational Health Standards.
  • Create a proactive occupational health culture that promotes wellness and minimizes work-related illness.
  • Lead occupational medical screenings and risk assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in occupational health, focusing on program development and management.
  • Experience with occupational health regulations and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Occupational Health or related field.
  • Experience in a matrixed organization and the technology industry.
