Compensation:
CAD 166,000-170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and execution of complex technical work streams.
- Lead delivery of knowledge and capability transfer while securing client sign-off on milestones.
- Maintain engagement with client leadership to manage expectations.
- Identify programmatic risks and enforce adherence to security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical or cybersecurity program management.
- Experience with government programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and building complex cybersecurity capabilities.
- Understanding of SOC infrastructure and architecture.
- Fluency in English for customer-facing roles.
