Program Manager, Investment Governance and Analytics

This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Drive financial governance across global network solutions organization, including analysis of submarine cables, network assets, and cable landing stations.
- Deliver forecasts of capital and operating expenses on quarterly intervals, in partnership with business leads, budget owners and the finance organization.
- Share executive presentations monthly and quarterly reflecting actual spend vs forecasts and plans.
- Analyze and organize large data sets and reports into clear and succinct summaries that drive critical business decisions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, data modeling, investment governance, and analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research.
- Experience in data analysis tools such as Spreadsheet, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Ability to grow on their own and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, investigative and problem-solving skills.
