Program Manager, Industrial Design, Devices and Services

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and identify risks.
• Serve as a bridge between the Industrial Design team and cross-functional partners.
• Define and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing industrial design or creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design tools and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to multitask and solve complex problems.
• Passion for design and innovation.
