Program Manager III, Workforce Planning, Google Data Centers

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$159,000 - $231,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage labor strategies for rapid deployment of Machine Learning racks and CDUs.
• Align with capacity planning to meet delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Speed of Light initiatives.
• Contract with external parties as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in process improvements within an operations environment.
• Experience in workforce development programs.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with vendor management and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Sheets, SQL, and WFM software.
