$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions for transportation and logistics issues.
  • Assess and optimize current systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop capability roadmaps.
  • Gather and define business requirements across teams.
  • Design logistics processes aligned with global business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in transportation management and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in solutions architecture for supply chain or logistics.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
