Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions for transportation and logistics issues.
- Assess and optimize current systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop capability roadmaps.
- Gather and define business requirements across teams.
- Design logistics processes aligned with global business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in transportation management and logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in solutions architecture for supply chain or logistics.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
