Program Manager III, Transformation, Google Cloud Logistics

This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic transformation programs that meet Google's evolving business needs.
• Represent Google Cloud Logistics in cross-functional programs from concept development through implementation.
• Work with process management and third-party logistics partners to establish processes and solve challenges.
• Define requirements for tooling that supports Google's policies and processes.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track benefits from transformation programs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working directly on transformational programs.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in engineering, supply chain, or business intelligence.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on strategic programs.
