Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply planning and fulfillment with Contract Manufacturers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal material delivery.
  • Validate demand forecasts, manage procurement, and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Identify root causes for metrics and implement effective solutions.
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors and drive improvements in supplier performance.
  • Contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply chain management operations and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with SQL data analysis.
