Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage supply planning and fulfillment with Contract Manufacturers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal material delivery.
- Validate demand forecasts, manage procurement, and ensure timely material delivery.
- Identify root causes for metrics and implement effective solutions.
- Build strategic relationships with vendors and drive improvements in supplier performance.
- Contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with supply chain management operations and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with SQL data analysis.
