Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project schedules and identify risks.
- Drive change management efforts to adopt AI-powered processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with AI or machine learning in change management.
- Experience in high-tech supply chain operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with generative AI and machine learning applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
