This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the core Subject Matter Expert (SME) for extended workforce operations.
  • Develop and deploy a standardized governance framework for workforce programs.
  • Implement risk management programs to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure business impact and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in vendor management or contingent workforce operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with hyperscaler extended workforce programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
