Program Manager III, Software Engineering, Google Ads

This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Design and deliver program communication plans.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with the software development life cycle.
• Experience with consumer-facing products.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in ads platforms or ad tech.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and UX.
