Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and execute spares strategies and reverse flow processes.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials and partner with finance for cost optimization.
- Contribute to supply chain designs and process improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in reverse supply chain and logistics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
