$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and execute spares strategies and reverse flow processes.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials and partner with finance for cost optimization.
  • Contribute to supply chain designs and process improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in reverse supply chain and logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
