Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations or management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
