Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project schedules and identify risks.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Define requirements and ensure reliable delivery for customers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain operations or management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement.
  • Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
