Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules and identify risks.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Define requirements and ensure reliable delivery for customers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations or management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement.
- Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
