Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders to manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team deliverables and maintain schedules.
- Lead operational tasks for project delivery.
- Conduct bug reviews and manage status presentations.
- Drive data-informed decision-making and improve analytics.
- Implement automation tools and advocate for AI adoption.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience in data center operations or technology industry.
- Experience with analytics and process workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
