Location: Mountain View, CA, USA

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a new product ramp from initial design validation to mass production.
  • Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers.
  • Support tooling fixture validation builds when design is mature.
  • Optimize supply chain and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in NPI operations management and manufacturing supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience with AR glasses.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
