Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Develop transition strategies and execute plans for technology transitions.
  • Manage project schedules, identify risks, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Drive the development and optimization of fleet transition processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in multiple supply chain disciplines and new product introduction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
