Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the training and onboarding curriculum.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the network delivery implementation fast track program.
  • Define the program roadmap, goals (OKRs), and success metrics aligned with NDI objectives.
  • Develop and manage the NDI mentor pool.
  • Apply technical judgment to guide program direction effectively with engineering partners.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in network planning, design, or deployments.
  • Experience managing technical onboarding or educational programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with process automation and dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven improvements.
