Program Manager III, Manufacturing Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$159000 - $231000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Enable and optimize product on time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.
• Program manage the sourcing of tray products at global contract manufacturers.
• Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.
• Scale product capacity, materials and processes.
• Drive improvement of product cost baselines.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in at least two of the following: supply chain, capacity planning, materials management, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing operations for enterprise compute hardware.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• End-to-end supply chain operations experience.
• Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
• Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire life-cycle.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills.
