Compensation:
$159,000-$233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules.
- Integrate manufacturing, logistics, and inventory pillars into a unified process.
- Analyze fleet datasets to identify systemic risks and drive strategic alignment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with manufacturing and supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with ERP systems, Kinaxis, or SAP.
- Experience with SQL or other scripting languages.
