Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage material volume and timing requirements to meet supply chain strategies.
  • Communicate demand changes to internal customers and collaborate with partner teams.
  • Identify and solve demand gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Develop models and processes for equipment planning.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply or demand planning.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with planning systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
