Program Manager III, Demand and Supply Planning

This role is based in Mexico with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to structure and communicate policies and methodologies for demand/supply management.
• Utilize best methods in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
• Present demand and supply recommendations to leadership and ensure clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions in a timely manner.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of project management tools and excellent accountability skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
• Excellent investigative skills including experience in data modeling and trend analysis.
