Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Develop planning models for new product introduction (NPI).
  • Own supply and demand models to minimize costs while improving service levels.
  • Establish methods to evaluate supply chain capabilities and develop inventory strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply or demand planning.
  • Experience developing planning models for new product introduction (NPI).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, and business insights.
