Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage methodologies for should-cost modeling and market intelligence.
- Build financial models and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain or procurement.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of supplier cost structures and negotiation dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills.
